- The client is always right, unless we tell them when they're dead wrong.
- Our best ideas may not come out of a brainstorm session. You should see what we come up with when we're alone in the shower.
- When there is humour in the MAVERICK hallways, there is a smile on our client's face.
- Everyone says they get results for clients, we're the ones who actually deliver.
- Our culture is sacred to us. If you don't fit in, don't ask the rest of us to change.
- Being a MAVERICK is a state of mind.
- Use meeting time wisely. If more than an hour, a meal better be served.
- Social media is not the answer. It's a pipeline. Fill it with something useful.
- Clients don't rely on us for answers. They hire us for our questions.
- We want our clients to challenge us, awe us, inspire us … and don't forget to pay us.
