Looking for a fun way to experience Toronto's many festivals, events and patios this summer?

GIO is searching for an energetic student with strong writing skills and a love of social media to document their summer in the city-through the experience of getting around town on an eco-friendly, stylish GIO electric scooter!

GIO specializes in fun, affordable recreational lifestyle equipment for everyone everywhere. The company's product offering includes ATVs, dirt bikes, e-scooters, UTVs, buggies, power equipment, tools and accompanying parts. Headquartered in Vancouver, GIO distributes products through its 145 dealership networks located in all of Canada's provinces and the Yukon, as well as through an innovative auction platform at GIOBikes.com.

Responsibilities:

• Visit several  of Toronto's best festivals, events and restaurants
• Distribute and share content online through Facebook, Twitter and a blog account, updating these accounts daily and weekly 
• Document experiences through photos and videos
• Interact with an online audience

Requirements:

• Great personality, active, sociable and passionate
• Strong written and verbal communications skills
• Solid understanding of social media and digital marketing
• Well-organized and detail oriented

• Please note: This unpaid position requires a minimum time commitment of one day per week throughout May and June.
